Biro Labels

Thermal labels for grocery & retail

Biro Sales distributes thermal labels for commercial grocery and retail — scales, meat counters, compliance prints, and bulk ordering. Their WooCommerce storefront was dated, awkward on mobile, and stitched together with plugins that didn’t match how B2B buyers actually reorder.

THE PROBLEM

What we walked into.

Storefront, accounting (QuickBooks), and fulfillment lived in separate worlds: confusing navigation for buyers, no unified view for staff, and manual coordination between systems. Reorders and catalog updates didn’t scale past spreadsheets and one-off emails.

WHAT WE BUILT

One platform. Replaced everything.

  • Custom Next.js storefront with full product catalog and reorder flow
  • Supabase Postgres backend, schema designed around order lifecycle
  • Stripe checkout with saved payment methods for repeat customers
  • QuickBooks integration via Acodei for automatic invoice + payment sync
  • HubSpot CRM hookup for sales pipeline visibility
  • Google Merchant Center feed for shopping ads
  • Embedded chatbot trained on product specs and reorder history
  • Admin dashboard for order management, customer profiles, and reporting
  • Automated transactional emails: order confirmation, shipping, reorder reminders

THE RESULT

Live storefront with checkout, admin ops, and integrations — shipped end-to-end in four months.

  • Replaced an outdated WooCommerce setup with a unified storefront and admin workflow
  • Cut order-to-invoice time from days to minutes
  • First e-commerce revenue inside week one of launch
